yep, it's gonna suck

I had a feeling this season of big brother wouldn't be that great, and it would be the start of it's demise in my summer tv schedule.



last night season 11 started with their new twist in having them compete as "cliques" from high school, as if life isn't too highschoolish enough! the 4 groups were obvious (though who thought of calling them "athletes" and "offbeats" instead of the obvious "jocks" and "castoffs"????). but the biggest twist was that whoever wins HoH, their whole clique is safe from eviction, and also that the team that won the first challenge got an extra competitor in the form of a former player coming back to the show.

lo-and-behold.... the one i least wanted to come back is the one that's in the game now... if there's one person i loathed last season was body-builder Jesse!!! I don't know if i can stand that guy for another summer... so BB is gonna be on a tight leash, if Jesse survives more than 3 weeks, i'm outta there, unless, of course, the show actually gets good!

spoiler alert: how obvious were Jesse's nominees, an "offbeat" and a "brain" nominated by a JOCK! though i'd be prob. considered a "brain" i hope that brain chick Chima gets voted off.... her "i was popular too!" rant was her ticket to the loser clique, IMHO.
